How Getting Your Frenchie Works

Three simple steps from application to puppy day

Fill Out the Application

It takes about 5 minutes. We ask about your living situation, lifestyle, and experience with dogs — nothing invasive, just enough to make sure this is the right fit for both sides.

Application Review & Video Call

After reviewing your application, we set up a FaceTime or Zoom call to personally meet you, answer your questions, and introduce you to the puppies. This is where it gets fun.

Pick Your Puppy & Bring Them Home

If a puppy is already 8+ weeks old, the whole process can move in 2–3 business days. Reserving a newborn is more like 2–6 months. Either way, we stay in touch with photos and updates until delivery day.

  • How quickly will I hear back after applying?

    We review every application within 24 hours. Once approved, we’ll reach out to schedule a FaceTime or Zoom call where you’ll meet the team and get introduced to available puppies. If you’re local to NYC or Raleigh, NC, we can arrange an in-person visit instead.

  • Why do you require an application?

    We’ve placed over 200 puppies with an almost 0% rehoming rate — and the application is a big part of why. It helps us understand your living situation, lifestyle, and expectations so we can make sure you and your puppy are set up for success. It’s not invasive — it takes about 5 minutes and helps us match the right puppy to the right home.
