We have two family homes — one in New York City and one in Chicago — and raise our puppies in a home environment at both locations. We personally deliver every puppy nationwide — the same person you FaceTime with is the person who hands you your puppy. No middlemen, no third parties. We also offer local pickup for families in the NYC or Chicago metro areas. We serve families in Boston, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Raleigh, and everywhere in between.

Yes! We welcome and encourage visits. We want you to feel 100% confident in your decision, and meeting your puppy (and their parents) in person is the best way to do that. We have family homes in both New York City and Chicago — just reach out to schedule a time at whichever location your puppy is at. For families who can’t visit in person, we’re happy to FaceTime or video call so you can see your puppy and ask any questions before committing. Any breeder who won’t let you see the puppies on video is a red flag.

Our process is straightforward:

1. Browse our available puppies and find one that catches your eye
2. Apply — fill out our quick application so we can learn about your family and lifestyle
3. Deposit — once approved, a deposit secures your puppy
4. Updates — we send you photos, videos, and health updates as your puppy grows
5. Delivery or Pickup — when your puppy is ready (typically 10–12 weeks old), we arrange local pickup in NYC or Chicago, or we personally deliver your puppy nationwide

The whole process from application to bringing your puppy home is typically 2–8 weeks depending on availability. We’re available by phone, text, or email throughout.

We personally deliver every puppy — no third parties, no strangers. Your puppy flies in-cabin with us, never in cargo, never alone. The person you FaceTime with during the process is the same person who meets you at the airport and hands you your puppy. The delivery fee covers the flight, a travel carrier, and all necessary health certificates. French Bulldog puppies should not leave their mother before 8 weeks of age minimum. Many reputable breeders, including us, prefer to wait until 10-12 weeks to ensure proper socialization, health development, and readiness for their new homes.
